Remove a connection
Sign in, open Connections, find the account and choose Delete. Confirm the account you want removed. This deletes saved credentials and imported reporting records from the active database and stops future scheduled imports.
Project-level AI outputs, cached media and backups need separate cleanup. Request complete deletion below to remove those too.
Revoke platform authorization
For Google, open your Google Account connections, select AdsWork and remove access. For Meta, open Facebook Business integrations, select AdsWork and remove it. This stops authorized API access but does not itself erase already imported reports.
Request complete deletion
Email [email protected] from your sign-in email with the subject “AdsWork data deletion”. Specify a connection, project or whole account. Do not send tokens, passwords or service-account keys.
We verify ownership, remove the requested data, credentials, reports, cached materials and related AI outputs, and address retained backup copies. We confirm completion by email and explain any legally required retention. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits, normally within one month.
External assistants
Revoke an assistant’s AdsWork authorization independently. Data already received by that assistant is subject to its provider’s own deletion process.
