Service provider

Access and authorized use

Use AdsWork only for accounts, websites and materials you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in secure. Platform permissions remain subject to platform rules and your organization’s controls. Pilot access may be limited to invited users.

Current features and availability

The pilot provides reporting for connected accounts. Separately authorized Meta editing access allows you to rename, pause and resume existing ads, edit their text and replace images in supported single-image ads and carousel cards after reviewing and confirming each change. Resuming an ad can initiate spend under the existing campaign budget; you are responsible for approving that action. Connections and editing access depend on platform approval and your account permissions. Google Search campaigns can be prepared as local drafts, validated with Google, and created paused after approval. Launching requires a separate confirmation of the account, settings and average daily budget. The daily budget is an average: Google can spend up to twice that amount on a day; with an unchanged budget for a full month, its monthly charging limit is generally 30.4 times the daily budget. You remain responsible for ad spending you approve, rights to your ad content and compliance with platform advertising policies. Other campaign types remain outside this Search workflow. Facebook image ads for website visits can also be prepared as private drafts and created paused after approval. Launching requires separate confirmation of the daily budget and end date. Meta’s daily budget is an average, not a hard daily or total spending cap. Other Meta formats and special-category ads are outside this workflow. Connecting an account alone does not initiate advertising spend or a paid subscription.

We may change, pause or discontinue pilot features. Reports may be delayed, incomplete or calculated differently by each platform. Use the original platform for authoritative billing and account administration.

Your data and materials

You retain your rights to data and creative materials. You authorize processing needed for the features you use. Our privacy policy explains data handling; data processing terms cover business data processed on your instructions. We do not acquire ownership of your advertisements.

AI suggestions

AI suggestions require your judgment and can be inaccurate. We do not guarantee advertising results or revenue. Current recommendations do not automatically change campaigns or budgets.

Ending use

You can disconnect accounts and revoke platform or assistant authorization. Follow the deletion instructions to delete your whole AdsWork account. We may restrict access for unauthorized use, security concerns or platform requirements.

Responsibility and applicable law

The pilot is provided without a service-level or performance guarantee. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Latvian law applies without limiting mandatory protections applicable to you. Contact [email protected] to discuss service issues.
